R.S. (Robin) Bosch, D. (Daan) Swildens, and J.C. (Jaap) Kotteman (from left to right) all obtained a Master's degree focused on Corporate Law. During their studies, they gained extensive experience at various law firms. Additionally, they broadened their academic knowledge within the University of Leiden and the University of Amsterdam.

They founded Legal Advice Wanted because they observed a significant gap between the (top) legal profession and free legal assistance. Many entrepreneurs and individuals fall through the cracks, thus receiving inadequate legal support. Legal Advice Wanted is here to assist precisely this group of entrepreneurs and individuals.

Daan Swildens LL.M. (Founder)

D. (Daan) Swildens L.L.M. obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law (with honors) from the University of Amsterdam, where he also completed his Master's degree in Commercial Legal Practice (with distinction). During his studies, he spent a semester at the University of Bologna. Daan is decisive and with his creativity, he knows how to achieve the best outcome for his clients.

Daan provides advice and handles legal proceedings, focusing particularly on civil law and corporate law. Additionally, Daan is affiliated as a lecturer in Corporate Law at the University of Amsterdam.

Jaap Kotteman L.L.M. (Founder)

J.C. (Jaap) Kotteman L.L.M. obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law from Leiden University, where he also completed his Master's degree in Corporate Law. During his studies, he spent a semester at the University of Naples. Jaap is known for his decisive approach, ensuring that he achieves the best outcomes for his clients.

Jaap provides advice and handles legal proceedings, focusing particularly on civil law and IP-law.

Robin Bosch L.L.M. (Founder)

R.S. (Robin) Bosch L.L.M. obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law from Leiden University, where he also completed his Master's degree in Corporate Law (with distinction). During his studies, he spent a semester at the University of Naples. Robin is known for his dedicated approach, fully immersing himself in a case to provide optimal service to his clients.

Dawit Bakker L.L.M. (Young Legal)

D.S. (Dawit) Bakker L.L.M. obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law (with honors) from the University of Amsterdam, where he also completed his Master's degree in Private Legal Practice. During his studies, he spent a semester at the University of Madrid.

Dawit provides advice and handles legal proceedings, focusing particularly on civil law and corporate law

Fleur van Helvoort (Young Legal)

Fleur completed her Bachelor's degrees in Law & Economics and Latin American Studies at Leiden University. She is now happily pursuing a Master's in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam. Her creativity ensures that every perspective of the case is illuminated.

Willem Lugard L.L.M. (Young Legal)

Willem has completed both the Bachelor's in Law and a Master's in Financial Law at Leiden University.

Nynke Geertman L.L.M. (Young Legal)

N. (Nynke) Geertman L.L.M. completed her Bachelor of Laws at Utrecht University. In addition to a Master's in Private Law Practice, Nynke has pursued a Master's in Judicial Studies with a specialization in Conflict Resolution, Judiciary, and Mediation. With the specific knowledge acquired during her studies, Nynke is uniquely capable of resolving a procedure amicably.

Thijs Carvalho (Young Legal)

Mr. T. (Thijs) Carvalhais van der Bijl obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Leiden University, after which he commenced a Master's in Private Law Practice at the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, Thijs gained experience at firms such as Vriman M&A Lawyers in Amsterdam

Fay Koopman (Young Legal)

F. (Fay) Koopman heeft haar bachelor Rechtsgeleerdheid aan de Universiteit van Leiden afgerond, waarna zij begonnen is aan een master Civiel Recht. Fay heeft onder andere ervaring opgedaan bij Van Doorne.

Jelle Luttge L.L.M. (Young Legal)

J.M. (Jelle) Luttge L.L.M. has completed both his Bachelor of Laws and a Master's in Civil Law at Leiden University. During this period, Mr. Luttge gained experience at firms such as Loyens & Loeff.

Max Hommes L.L.M. (Young Legal)

M. (Max) Hommes L.L.M. obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Leiden University. Following his studies in Leiden, Max completed his Master's in Private Law Practice at the University of Amsterdam. Max gained experience at Houthoff Amsterdam.

Celainyo Lubbinge (Legal Support)

C. (Celainyo) Lubbinge is a supporting legal assistant at LAW and shares responsibility for the sales department. In addition to studying law at HvA, Celainyo has gained work experience at ING

Social involvement

Legal Advice Wanted also strives to contribute to society. For example, Legal Advice Wanted has assisted approximately 2,000 students in administrative law procedures against various municipalities regarding the Energy Allowance (2022). Currently, Legal Advice Wanted is representing “Stichting Beheer Studieschuld” (Foundation Student Debt Management) in a legal proceeding against DUO (the Dutch Student Financing Agency).
